Leadership is the release of energy
In this new year it might be a fitting resolution for those who manage and organize soccer to keep in mind that the best leadership is the release of energy. Are we caging and categorizing or are we removing the obstacles to the joy inherent in the sport? Greatness comes from passion which cannot be legislated nor faked.
