This is a key question with the final games of Group C two days away.
The USA, Slovenia, and England all have their fate in their own hands, and only need to win their final Group game to advance; Slovenia is also certain of advancing if they just draw. For these 3 national teams, nothing that has happened in the World Cup to date matters, all that matters is winning their next game.
Team psychology is now critical. Can England put their poor performances behind them, and come out like the lions they are expected to be? Can the USA play with the intensity that brought them back in their game against Slovenia?
The videos below, shot just after the 2-2 Slovenia-USA draw, give a feel for how aggrieved the Americans felt. These are apparently unauthorized videos, so enjoy them!
