It’s a 3 horse race and one of the other two teams, or both, must drop points next weekend when Chelsea and Manchester United play each other.

Even after a draw this last weekend, Arsenal can catch Chelsea if they lose next weekend, or come within a point of a losing Manchester United; but Wenger may be hoping they draw each other which, combined with a Gunners win, would put Arsenal one point back of Chelsea and two points back of Manchester United.

The chart makes it clear that Arsenal has been on the best recent run of points, with Manchester United immaculate from the 27th game on, and Chelsea the least consistent.  With six games left it is easy to imagine either of the three top teams winning the title in this, the toughest soccer league in the world.

Whatever the story today, it changes next weekend during the big game.
