Wenger explains that he appreciates that Roma will play attacking football, but that may be somewhat disingenuous or a mind game, as with Totti in the game Roma may be well served to play longer balls forward to their striker.

Arsenal will play without Emmanuel Adebayor, Eduardo, Cesc Fabregas, Tomas Rosicky and Theo Walcott due to injuries.  Given the reduction in firepower, and the threat of Totti and all, it may be a cagey affair.

One reason Wenger would love to play Arshavin may be for his winning wit.  Sometimes getting the goal is about nicking it in a momentary opportunity with cunning.  Totti certainly has that, and Arshavin seems to have his own brand of it as evidenced in this video from Arshavin’s days in the Russian league.  This may be the all time sneakiest goal.
